Hushfill is software: a website and a Solana program that anyone can use from their own wallet. Using it means you accept these terms.

No custody. Hushfill never holds your keys. Your funds sit in accounts of the program that only send them back to you or fill your order within your limit. You sign every transaction yourself.

Not advice, not a broker. Nothing on this site is financial advice or an offer of securities. The stock tokens are issued by third parties under their own terms; read them before you trade.

Eligibility. Do not use Hushfill where these tokens or this kind of service are restricted, including if you are a US person or on a sanctions list. You are responsible for the laws and taxes that apply to you.

Risk. Crypto assets and tokenized stocks can lose value. The program is not audited yet. Transactions on Solana are final. You use Hushfill at your own risk, and to the extent the law allows, Hushfill is provided as is, without warranty and without liability for losses.

Changes. The site and the program can change. The program's rules are on chain and described in the docs.
